Impressive agent that did an amazing job!

I highly recommend working with Erin Russ. She's incredibly knowledgable about the Boston area and helped me immensely in both selling my old condo and purchasing a new one. Erin was able to answer all my questions, and made it easy for me to make decisions. She took care of all the details, and was very friendly and honest as she walked me through the process. I would absolutely work with Erin again, and would know that I was in great hands!

My wife and I were repatriating back after almost 10 yrs living abroad. We wanted to get New England house around Boston where our children live. Debbie patiently worked us advising about different towns around Boston and in a matter of weeks found the house we loved in one of the suburbs of Boston. Her knowledge about the market surrounding Boston was instrumental to find what we were looking in a relatively short period of time. As we were traveling back and forth, she handled every follow-up personally with the builder, inspection, closing company etc. We felt like she had gone above and beyond and did more than someone in her role would have done. We had a very smooth and great experience finding our new home coming back to the country. This was all due to her focus and total ownership of this very important process.

We hired Carmella to sell our condo in the North End in Boston while we were away for the winter season. My kids had stayed at the condo so I had no idea what condition it was in. Carmella assured me she would take care of everything, and she did. She sent in her cleaners, electrician (to remove a chandelier I had to take with me), plumber, photographer, etc. We had multiple offers and were under contract within two weeks. We were under agreement and in the Purchase and Sale timeframe when the COVID-19 virus hit and hit hard. We were slated to close on April 30th, 2020. Instead of having to push the closing out further, we closed early! We closed on April 24th thanks to Attorney Gina M. Gagliardi, Esquire - another one of Carmella's contacts. Gina was amazing. I definitely would only hire Carmella if/when we ever decide to purchase in the city.
