Dave met with us many times as the market evolved during the pandemic to review comps and to work with us to create a strategy for marketing our property. He listened and responded to our thoughts and concerns and provided effective advice and guidance for managing the preparation of the property for sale as well as managing the sale and closing process. He managed listing and negotiations so that we sold the property well above the asking price.

Scott Miller is very knowledgeable of his field and extremely responsive. He is quick to get things done. He gets straight to the point and gives you his honest opinion. It was a great experience working with Scott.
