Jarrett is a pretty amazing person with who to work. He remembered us from a short conversation and reached out when he had an off market property that he thought we might be interested in. Despite not being actively looking, a few weeks later we had an amazing new vacation home because of his ability to understand us and what would make our family happy.

We had a great experience working with Joe- both for selling and purchasing. He was professional and communicative, always willing to answer our questions. He had helpful recommendations for mortgage and legal teams, and guided us throughout the process. We really appreciated the comparison reports he generated to guide our offers as well as our listing. Everything went smoothly on both sides!

Jeff was the ultimate professional— Inserting both humor and grace in what can be a very stressful time. Jeff is so well liked by colleagues which helps tremendously in the process and in addition to doing all the BIG things RIGHT he helps do all the small things as well. Our process was EASY all because of Jeff and his team. We are so grateful for their help!!!!
