She not only has very strong market knowledge, professionalism, and negotiation skills, but she went above and beyond in several ways, helping with snow removal, delivering mail and other items to our new home, and even meeting me at a convenient location to deliver a check. She knew just what to do to get the best price for our house, and she guided us wisely and empathetically along the way. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Nancy was extremely accommodating to my needs for a Boston condo. I lived out of town, and she showed me all the possible neighborhoods with all their pluses and minuses. The condo my daughter and I eventually chose was very suitable for us and we have been happy here for the 5 months we have been living in it.
