I've known Joe for years, and when it was time to sell my property in Boston I knew he would be the no-nonsense real estate agent that would get me the price I deserved and the service I wanted. He made the transaction smooth and seamless from the day I contacted him, and communication was honestly fantastic. The whole deal was closed in a month, and we didn't encounter any issues at all. As I live out of state, he was happy to arrange pick-up and transfer of keys, as well as running around taking care of documents and other details necessary for the transaction.
