James is an incredible agent. He is very insightful, patient (especially for first time homebuyers like myself), and punctual. He spent many weekends helping us find our first home and as the only agent in the whole process (seller didn’t get their agent), he managed the deal really well. He had great recommendations and insights every step of the way and was diligent and patient with all our questions, not to mention navigating an unprecedented selling landscape during Covid. Carl helped us get an awesome home in the midst of COVID! Carl helped my husband and I put it an offer in on the same day that we let him know we wanted to. We got the offer accepted the next day! We went out and saw a few places and it was a comfortable & informative environment in which I found a beautiful apartment that me and my boyfriend loved.
