Michael's expertise on the local Boston real estate left no debt in my mind that each and every question that was asked Michael answered honestly!!! Michael is very impressive with his negotiating skills. His attention to detail is excellent. His response time to calls, emails, etc is immediate. Appointments were kept to the minute and no waiting time with Michael. You ask and he will do whatever it takes to get you what you need.
