Charles helped us buy our first home in the greater Boston area - this was during 2020 and 2021 in the midst of a pandemic and a highly competitive market and a difficult time for home buyers. From our first conversation we found Charles to be honest, straight-forward, and no nonsense type. He understood our situation and guided us through the entire process patiently. We would highly recommend anyone to work with Charles Ginsberg.

Stephanie and Dina helped us with a purchase in late 2023 and I could not be more pleased with their work. They recommended top-notch contractors for inspection and pre-sale repairs, negotiated with the seller on a large number of issues to be addressed, and coordinated between seller's agent and contractors, all the while keeping us in the loop. I recommend them HIGHLY.
