I like how quickly she responds to my texts and emails, and we moved pretty fast on our home viewings/offers, as one had to do in a competitive market. Katie was a great help in that respect, she made sure we had everything together and she always made time for us. I also appreciated that she was never pushy, and she guided us only in the way that we wanted or asked for. She was very kind and tactful when offering advice, and I personally found her advice incredibly helpful.
