We wanted to sell our property in a timely manner. Jessie was able to market the property, and we had two interested parties rather quickly. One of those parties purchased the property. Very pleased with the whole interaction with Jessie.

We elected to work with Matt as our buying agent in an epic seller's market because we knew we would need the absolute best to get into a house that we wanted. Matt was everything we could have asked for and more. He was ahead of the game with many properties that were going to be coming to market, which is a testament to his tremendous knowledge of the area and multiple industry connections. This allowed us to get an early look at several of the properties ahead of of time and really refine those that we wanted to tour when open houses became available. Through the process of making multiple offers, he provided excellent guidance on the offer strategy and price points in a rapidly evolving post-covid real estate market. After the deal was done, we had a couple issues with the seller that Matt and his team rapidly triaged to get us to a final deal. We would would highly recommend him.

Andrew was very helpful, very professional and was always there when I needed him. He helped through the whole process from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure it went well. Highly recommended!
