Lastly, from being his customer I have found that Corey further adds value because he himself is also a real estate investor, which means he is constantly doing his homework. Every investor MUST be extra aware of what is happening/changing in their market, or else they could be facing some serious losses. As his customer, you will get to be the recipient of this highly valuable information. GOOD agents are everywhere...but EXCELLENT agents are few and far between. I had a lot of trouble finding a place to my liking. I called victor and he was enthusiastic and happy to speak with me . We went out and saw a few places and it was a comfortable & informative environment in which I found a beautiful apartment that me and my boyfriend loved. He was quick and always was available for calls or questions, after my experience with him I will never use another realtor .
