As me, a first-time home buyer and us as newlyweds, we were out of our league in this crazy housing market. We convened, put an offer in, and we got our home having been the only home we ever put a bid in on. Now I know not everyone is as lucky to get the first home the put an offer in on, but with Katherine we were able to put in an exceptionally strong offer with all our asks, making us comfortable in such an uneasy market. The entire process was as stress free as it can be, and while we hope to be in this home forever, anytime we think about making a change, Katherine will be our first call, and she should be yours too.
