Dawn sold my home within a month and worked hard to do it. This was the first time I ever sold a home, and I had other personal matters to tend too. I left everything in her hands, and she took it upon herself to do everything that needed to be done. She was always responsive, and kept me up to date, even while she was on vacation. She gave great advice and knows the market very well.

My husband and I worked with Sheri for over a year in our search for our forever home. Initially we had many fears and hesitancies about selling and buying in a market that didn't seem too much in favor of either. The first task Sheri had was to ease the concerns of stressed out buyers with many parameters and a seemingly unattainable wish list for a not so generous budget. Sheri showed us house after house and never grew tired or exacerbated with us. She supported and encouraged us thinking outside the box with what we could make into our dream home. She maintained a healthy balance of keeping us realistic while seeing our vision. She was always honest and transparent in every aspect, and continually kept us informed of pertinent information. While for various reasons we had our ups and downs, Sheri never lost sight of the goal. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Sheri, and if we ever again had a need, for a realtor, she would be the first and only one we'd call.
