Yu is a fantastic agent! She is not a "passive" agent who helps you to schedule an appointment or show you around. She tries to understand what a customer wants and needs (there may be gaps between them!), and uses her experience and expertise to make a suggestion. At first, I didn't listen but the truth taught me. Every time she said, "This is not your house", but I went ahead to look at it, I couldn't agree with her more! The more I listened to her, the more I admired her kindness and professionalism. Another special about Yu is that she is good at "after-sale" services. I bought a house we like, then there are some, like who I should look for a carpenter, a contractor, a roofer...whenever I asked her, she responded to me with great information! It is not like, "ok, you got your house, and leave me alone!" Two thumbs up!

Gail was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of the real estate market and her communication skills were fantastic, her response time to our numerous questions was quick and her follow-through was perfect.

We moved states and Al was our agent. Holy smokes he was on his game and navigated the whole process from listing photos to fire alarms to setting up enough time after close for us to move. I could not have been more pleased with his service.
