I have known Jess Tomlinson since 2007. What I can say with 100% confidence in those 14 years is when it comes to Jess, she is extraordinarily thorough, self-driven, and loyal. When my husband and I were ready to purchase a home, there was no one else I could fathom guiding us through this process other than Jess. The real estate market is overwhelming to say the least, and I thought this way before I dipped my toes into the process. Once we dived in, I immediately wanted to jump out of the water and resign to renting forever. Jess is not afraid. She was not afraid to be honest, to do the hard work, to negotiate, or to “be the punching bag” as a myriad of roadblocks popped up during our closing process. She is an effective communicator and was always available the same day I had questions or concerns. I understand now how politics can factor into such an aggressive “seller’s market,” but with Jess what you see is what you get. She made sure we felt comfortable and empowered moving forward with each step of the process. She takes pride in teaching others, especially for new homeowners like us. Touring homes was a crash course in responsible homeownership, which I found to be quite fun and exciting! 10/10 I would recommend working with Jess Tomlinson. She knows what she is talking about, and she genuinely cares about your investment being right for you.

Shauna was friendly, responsive and set up weekly Thursdays check-ins during the buying process as well as giving great advice! Shauna did an outstanding job assisting myself with the purchase of my new home. Her expertise in the markets geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive purchasing price while also considering the future resale value for the area. Shauna was very involved in all aspects from the first showing of the house all the way up to the closing.

Dave was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. He connected us with a great lender and gave up multiple weekends to help us house hunt. We leaned on his expertise many times throughout the decision process, especially when it came to speculating if houses were underpriced or overpriced and how much to offer (something only someone in the industry truly understands). Toward the end of our journey, he advocated for us through the negotiating process of getting under contract and ensuring the best transaction possible. We were pleased with our experience.
