Saad came highly recommended to us by basically our entire friend group who also bought their first homes with Saad's help in the greater Boston area. They all said that once you let Saad know it's time, the process moves quick and they were right! We ended up making an offer on the first place we toured which was nerve racking, but Saad helped us work through identifying that this place checked off our list. He also made sure to clearly help us establish our boundaries for what levers we wanted to pull to make our offer appealing and how much we wanted to spend. We never felt pressured, just heard. He was able to advocate for everything we wanted, and we felt very well supported by his whole network of vendors as well. They all were easy to communicate with, even at a moment's notice.
