Karen Barney was the second agent we called. When the first didn't respond, we called Karen. Not only did she answer her phone but she also took action on our request immediately. She negotiated and got us the house we wanted! She is responsive, action oriented, competent and professional. You should call her.

Yu is a fantastic agent! She is not a "passive" agent who helps you to schedule an appointment or show you around. She tries to understand what a customer wants and needs (there may be gaps between them!), and uses her experience and expertise to make a suggestion. At first, I didn't listen but the truth taught me. Every time she said, "This is not your house", but I went ahead to look at it, I couldn't agree with her more! The more I listened to her, the more I admired her kindness and professionalism. Another special about Yu is that she is good at "after-sale" services. I bought a house we like, then there are some, like who I should look for a carpenter, a contractor, a roofer...whenever I asked her, she responded to me with great information! It is not like, "ok, you got your house, and leave me alone!" Two thumbs up!

Casey LeBlanc is a wonderful real estate agent, the BEST agent we have ever had. She is very friendly, very professional, and very hard worker. She was able to help us get our dream condo for a REALLY GREAT PRICE!!!!! She negotiated with the seller and was able to have all the broken items that we have asked for fixed and was able to help us get the condo for well below the asking price!!!!! She's AMAZING!!!!!
