When we looked at homes she would check on things I would not have thought of, for example, I knew nothing of septic tank homes, she had all the information I would need, she knew which air handlers were good models, and since the process of buying and selling has changed dramatically when I bought a home 15 years ago, she made the process go quite smoothly for me. I was pleased with Nancy’s negotiating skills as well in buying my new home. I have recommended her to a friend already.

Lisa was great from the start. She handled everything very professionally and made getting our home ready to be listed very easy. She helped us pick the right price point to get a ton of traffic into the home with many bids over asking in only one weekend. Overall I feel we got a fair price for the home and was happy with how smoothly things went.
