I could never explain how excellent, timely, caring, knowledgeable and experienced this team is. Nothing I tossed their way was a problem - the skunk that moved in. Smoke detectors even advising me on my new home’s septic tank financing circus. Phenomenal team well rounded - absolutely nothing is a problem with their experience . I've dealt with Robin on two occasions when selling property. Each time she has proven to be reliable, honest, knowledgeable and most important for me caring and flexible. Robin was always available to take my calls even after hours which meant a lot as I work weird schedules that do not allow 9-5 consultations. She was with me every step of the way coaching and advising. She not only helped me get my home on the market, she also gave me tips on what to do to get my home show ready and advised me on trends in the local market which prompted me to consider my original plans for when to sell. It all went smoothly and worked out great both times. I always felt that Robin truly cared about me as a person and not just a potential client. I would use her services again definitely.

Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!

Michelle was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the homes we went to see - pointing out details like the age of the furnace or hot water tank, neighborhood details and even flight plans when we looked at one home close to a small airport. She stuck with us through a very lengthy search and was such a positive influence, keeping us going when we felt frustrated. Michelle was very responsive to our emails and texts, always keeping us up to date. We can’t recommend her enough!

Steve was amazing to work with!! He helped us both sell and buy our new home and was extremely organized, proactive, and professional. Steve helped walk us through every element of both transactions and did a great job coordinating all parties and making the whole process seamless. His knowledge of the area helped price our sale appropriately and got it under agreement within 3 weeks (AND over the Christmas/New Year holiday)! In addition, his negotiation skills are exceptional and got us the best deal in Medfield on our new house. If you are looking to buy or sell your home, I highly recommend working with Steve - you will not be disappointed!!

Extremely nice and very knowledgeable about houses. She knew exactly what to look for in every house we looked at. If it were not for her I probably would of ended up in a house with a ton of problems.
