She was very knowledgeable about the homes we went to see - pointing out details like the age of the furnace or hot water tank, neighborhood details and even flight plans when we looked at one home close to a small airport. She stuck with us through a very lengthy search and was such a positive influence, keeping us going when we felt frustrated.
