For the home owner, selling a home can seem like a very long process. But Wanda was very patient and helpful. Wanda was top notch from big picture matters to more nuanced details. (I now know how to color order my shirts in my closet. LOL) I do want to express my thanks and my appreciation for Wanda's diligent and thoughtful work. From supporting me as I got ready for the showing to the well thought out showing to the open and well organized process of responding to offers, Wanda was highly competent and effective. Susan has been my real estate agent for 2 house purchases and 2 house sales, her commitment and professionalism have been astounding every time. My first purchase was made from 12+ hours away with very limited knowledge of the area. Susan was so knowledgeable and honest about the different areas and homes helping us to really focus in on houses to visit during our one and only visit before we had to purchase. Saad came highly recommended to us by basically our entire friend group who also bought their first homes with Saad's help in the greater Boston area. They all said that once you let Saad know it's time, the process moves quick and they were right! We ended up making an offer on the first place we toured which was nerve racking, but Saad helped us work through identifying that this place checked off our list.
