Simply put, Emma is amazing. By far the best real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. My husband and I are both busy Boston physicians juggling the chaos of 3 little kids. Emma worked tirelessly (days, nights, evenings) to help us find our dream home on a tight schedule. She successfully negotiated our house $30,000 less then asking price in an aggressive sellers market (most other homes were going way above asking). We recently had Paul representing us for the sale and purchase of homes in Hopkinton. Both were complicated for a variety of reasons.
