We first came across David when referred to him by a friend. David was our buyer’s agent back then. He helped and guided us as we became first time home owners. He became our daughter’s favorite ‘David uncle’. Then years later, when it was time to move on and sell that house, David was again our first choice - to represent us and guide us as our trusted seller’s agent. What an honor it was for us to walk the path together and the fact that we shared respect and trust for each other. Both experiences with David - buying and selling the house went exceptionally well. In selling, he went above and beyond to represent the house well. His excellent staging and marketing strategy helped us sell our house quickly. More than anything, he is kind and trustworthy and has been like a family to us. We wish him the best always :)

Simply put, Emma is amazing. By far the best real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. My husband and I are both busy Boston physicians juggling the chaos of 3 little kids. Emma worked tirelessly (days, nights, evenings) to help us find our dream home on a tight schedule. She very quickly learned exactly what we were looking for (even before we truly understood what we were looking for ourselves) and went to early open houses to evaluate what homes were worth our time. She truly has a talent for getting to know her client. Most of all, Emma is a kind, smart, lovely person. The kind of person that you would want to share your dreams of your future home. We honestly looked forward to spending our weekends with her, despite the stress of evaluating houses. Our kids absolutely love her (she even bought each child a special toy on our closing day). She is honest, she is thoughtful and she can also be a fierce negotiator and savvy strategist when it comes time to fighting for a price and conditions. She successfully negotiated our house $30,000 less then asking price in an aggressive sellers market (most other homes were going way above asking). Emma was truly one of the greatest parts of this stressful experience and we feel honored to have worked with her.

The first thing I liked about Terri is her personality. We had a very good conversation the first day we really got to know each other. During this conversation she listed to my wants and what I was in seek of in my first home. Terri promised to guide me through this process and to always being honest with me. Trust me there were several houses I thought that were the ones. But Terri was there to let me know this was not the house. When we finally found the house we were both ecstatic it happened sooner than she expected. Terri was great and I would recommend her to anyone. She is patient, trust worthy, and honest. She is very informative and willing to do any and everything to help you these are the traits you are looking in a realtor.

Dana was a pleasure to work with throughout the home buying experience she quickly narrowed down the offerings to include the best matches for me and was aggressive in getting me in to see them quickly. I look forward to working with her in my future endeavors.
