Ryan recently helped us purchase our 1st house! He is knowledgeable and professional but has an easy going personality where we never once felt rushed or pushed into offers we were unsure of. He has excellent communication and was happy to speak with me outside of regular work hours. He is very personable and made sure to communicate equally with both me and my fiancé, making sure each one of us felt heard thought out the entire process. As someone who did lots of online research about the process, Ryan was a huge help in filling in all the blanks that I didn’t get from just the internet. He was recommended to me by my sister who also purchased her 1st place using him, and I would be happy to recommend him to anyone, especially to 1st time home buyers!

I inherited a property involved in a "Life Estate". Well, my late wife and late brother in law inherited it, I'm dealing with their estates. Everything was a mess, the house, one of the estates, dealing with the court to obtain a "License to Sell". Ryan was a valuable asset the entire process. At times I thought knew more than the lawyers. IMO, Ryan went above and beyond. I definitely received what the property was worth given it's condition. Developers were more than ready to low ball until Ryan was brought on board. Due to distance, I wasn't able to get to the property often. Ryan took care of things so I didn't need to spend a day getting to the property and back. I cannot recommend him enough.

This was our third purchase and second sale with Ryan! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about the market and process but he really treats you like a friend. Buying and selling these days is stressful but Ryan always is there to put you at ease and is always available to answer questions (and we had A LOT). He has helped us buy our first home and got us into a place where we can grow our family. We are so thankful to have been able to work with him over the years and know who to call if we ever need to do this again (hopefully not anytime soon)! Can't recommend him enough!
