I have known Ashley for over 20 years, and she has been an outstanding real estate professional for as long as I have known her. She first helped guide me through the purchase of my very first condo in Boston many years ago, and more recently she helped me purchase the property I am reviewing here. That purchase took place during an especially challenging real estate environment, with homes selling at extreme prices, many all-cash offers, and contingencies routinely being waived.
