James is an incredible agent. He is very insightful, patient (especially for first time homebuyers like myself), and punctual. He spent many weekends helping us find our first home and as the only agent in the whole process (seller didn’t get their agent), he managed the deal really well. He had great recommendations and insights every step of the way and was diligent and patient with all our questions, not to mention navigating an unprecedented selling landscape during Covid. My experience with Dave Holborn was great! He was very easy going, he was not pushy which is one of the reason's I loved working with him. I know of other realtors that want to just make a sale but he truly cared about what we wanted in a home and told us when it was not a good deal.
