His knowledge as a real estate agent was immeasurable and his background as a builder helped me to see the prospective homes beyond the aesthetics. Steve was amazing to work with!! He helped us both sell and buy our new home and was extremely organized, proactive, and professional. Steve helped walk us through every element of both transactions and did a great job coordinating all parties and making the whole process seamless. His knowledge of the area helped price our sale appropriately and got it under agreement within 3 weeks (AND over the Christmas/New Year holiday)! Extremely nice and very knowledgeable about houses. She knew exactly what to look for in every house we looked at. If it were not for her I probably would of ended up in a house with a ton of problems.
