I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Sama when I purchased a property in Worcester MA. He is very knowledgable, and very helpful. He is always on time, and he responds promptly to emails and phone calls. He even kept helping me with some minor issues after the purchase was done. He has very good negotiation skills and I do recommend him as a professional agent.

I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I searching for a home. The process was so overwhelming. Alex took so much of the pressure off of me by assuring he was going to get me to where I needed to be, slowly but surely I was able to purchase my very first property and I have him to thank! He was VERY knowledgable about the market and made all the right connections in a timely manner. Awesome work!

Brian was phenomenal! He made us feel like we were his top priority and was always available to tour properties and discuss local listings. Brian was very busy over the duration of the time he worked with us but he always made us feel like we were his most important clients. I really appreciate his level of detail and his local knowledge. He was great at getting ahold of of other agents, negotiating offers and educating us about the process along the way.

Yu is a fantastic agent! She is not a "passive" agent who helps you to schedule an appointment or show you around. She tries to understand what a customer wants and needs (there may be gaps between them!), and uses her experience and expertise to make a suggestion. At first, I didn't listen but the truth taught me. Every time she said, "This is not your house", but I went ahead to look at it, I couldn't agree with her more! The more I listened to her, the more I admired her kindness and professionalism. Another special about Yu is that she is good at "after-sale" services. I bought a house we like, then there are some, like who I should look for a carpenter, a contractor, a roofer...whenever I asked her, she responded to me with great information! It is not like, "ok, you got your house, and leave me alone!" Two thumbs up!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience in selling my home with Matt. He was very prompt, had an excellent knowledge of the area and surrounding home values, was extremely organized, and had the perfect plan to sell my home. He ended up selling my home in a very short time frame at a price that exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely use Matt again to sell or buy another home, and I could not recommend him more highly.
