Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable wonderful person, she’s the best, always there when you need anytime, anyway help even with things is not her responsibility.

My wife and I began looking for our first house in the fall of last year, and Eric ended up being with us from the very beginning. My work schedule constrained us to looking at houses in the evening or on weekends, and Eric was always ready. I remember one weekend when he dedicated an entire Saturday to showing us a string of houses in different towns, and then sat and talked with us for quite some time afterwards about what we thought and what our impressions were. He never looked at his watch, checked his phone, or made us feel like a burden in any way. He was never pushy, he was always patient, and he always responded to phone calls or texts. Buying a house can be hectic (especially the first time through), and he was always ready to answer our many questions. Though I know he was working with other people besides us at the same time, he still made us feel like we were his priority. I highly recommend Eric to anyone who is looking for a new home.

My experience with Elaine Evans was Great. She's the type of agent that goes above and beyond to make sure things get done. During the process, there were times where my wife and I felt down about selling our house and buying a house but Elaine kept us in a positive mindset. She's the best! I couldn't ask for a better agent!
