I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I searching for a home. The process was so overwhelming. Alex took so much of the pressure off of me by assuring he was going to get me to where I needed to be, slowly but surely I was able to purchase my very first property and I have him to thank! He was VERY knowledgable about the market and made all the right connections in a timely manner. Awesome work!

Yu is a fantastic agent! She is not a "passive" agent who helps you to schedule an appointment or show you around. She tries to understand what a customer wants and needs (there may be gaps between them!), and uses her experience and expertise to make a suggestion. At first, I didn't listen but the truth taught me. Every time she said, "This is not your house", but I went ahead to look at it, I couldn't agree with her more! The more I listened to her, the more I admired her kindness and professionalism. Another special about Yu is that she is good at "after-sale" services. I bought a house we like, then there are some, like who I should look for a carpenter, a contractor, a roofer...whenever I asked her, she responded to me with great information! It is not like, "ok, you got your house, and leave me alone!" Two thumbs up!

I’ve just completed my 4th real estate transaction with Lena and she continues to exceeded the expectation. She goes above and beyond to get the job done and make sure you are 100% satisfied. She always keeps an excellent line of communication open and has a very positive attitude. She just helped me buy my dream home and got the deal closed just in time before our baby arrives. I would highly recommend Lena .
