We had such a great experience working with Paul! As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and didn’t always know what to expect, but he made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He was always on time (if not early), super responsive, and kept us updated every step of the way. He really listened to what we wanted, worked hard to find the perfect home for us, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. On top of that, he’s friendly, charismatic, and felt he genuinely cared about our best interest. We’re so grateful for all his help and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Yu is a fantastic agent! She is not a "passive" agent who helps you to schedule an appointment or show you around. She tries to understand what a customer wants and needs (there may be gaps between them!), and uses her experience and expertise to make a suggestion. At first, I didn't listen but the truth taught me. Every time she said, "This is not your house", but I went ahead to look at it, I couldn't agree with her more! The more I listened to her, the more I admired her kindness and professionalism. Another special about Yu is that she is good at "after-sale" services. I bought a house we like, then there are some, like who I should look for a carpenter, a contractor, a roofer...whenever I asked her, she responded to me with great information! It is not like, "ok, you got your house, and leave me alone!" Two thumbs up!
