We originally chose Katherine as our realtor when we were looking to buy in the Marlborough area. During our search, we found out that we would have to look elsewhere. Because our new search was over an hour away from Katherine, we were nervous that we would lose her. However, she stayed with us the entire time and made the long commute to help us get our dream home. Trust me there were several houses I thought that were the ones. But Terri was there to let me know this was not the house. When we finally found the house we were both ecstatic it happened sooner than she expected. Terri was great and I would recommend her to anyone. She is patient, trust worthy, and honest. She is very informative and willing to do any and everything to help you these are the traits you are looking in a realtor.
