Yu is a fantastic agent! She is not a "passive" agent who helps you to schedule an appointment or show you around. She tries to understand what a customer wants and needs (there may be gaps between them!), and uses her experience and expertise to make a suggestion. At first, I didn't listen but the truth taught me. Every time she said, "This is not your house", but I went ahead to look at it, I couldn't agree with her more! The more I listened to her, the more I admired her kindness and professionalism. Another special about Yu is that she is good at "after-sale" services. I bought a house we like, then there are some, like who I should look for a carpenter, a contractor, a roofer...whenever I asked her, she responded to me with great information! It is not like, "ok, you got your house, and leave me alone!" Two thumbs up!

Roberta knew what she was doing!

We can't say enough good things about our selling process. Pam Conway was with us 100% of the way. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Pam made sure we understood every aspect of the selling process and was always available to answer any question that came up. She priced our home with a fair value and it sold quickly. Would not have wanted any other agent!
