Nancy was quickly responsive with questions I needed answered. When we looked at homes she would check on things I would not have thought of, for example, I knew nothing of septic tank homes, she had all the information I would need, she knew which air handlers were good models, and since the process of buying and selling has changed dramatically when I bought a home 15 years ago, she made the process go quite smoothly for me. I was pleased with Nancy’s negotiating skills as well in buying my new home. I have recommended her to a friend already.

Michelle Wesson was excellent realtor. Michelle was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire searching, negotiating, and buying process. She was there to answer any and all questions we had no matter what time of day it was. If for some reason we needed to leave a message, she always got back to use in a timely manner. When searching for our house, Michelle was very open and honest about anything we might have missed that she thought would be concerning if we bought the house (for example, water damage that had happen in the basement). After finding a house we loved, Michelle remained just as available to us through the negotiating and buying process. She continuing to help answer any and all questions we had about the house inspection, title search, and evaluation. Michelle continued to remain constant contact with us through the entire process, including the signing and making sure we received the keys. We highly recommend her.
