We originally chose Katherine as our realtor when we were looking to buy in the Marlborough area. During our search, we found out that we would have to look elsewhere. Because our new search was over an hour away from Katherine, we were nervous that we would lose her. However, she stayed with us the entire time and made the long commute to help us get our dream home. Chris is AMAZING. He is with you every step of the way and makes you feel like you're his only client. We bought our first house with him in 2016, and when we were ready to sell in 2021/2022, we called him up and it was like no time had passed. Chris takes the agent-client relationship seriously, and explains all the ins and outs of buying and selling along the way. I can't recommend Chris highly enough!
