I have sold 4 homes and I can honestly say that I have never worked with a real estate professional like Oliver. Oliver helped us sell our antique home in Pepperell, MA and could not have made the process easier. He helped us obtain bids from septic contractors, walked us through the process, and even helped us by making several trash runs to the transfer station as we were trying to finish cleaning the house the day before closing.
