AJ coordinated fixing up the property, putting it on the market, conducted two open houses, received more than six offers all while coordinating with lawyers re probate requirements. AJ advised us on negotiations which was particularly challenging for AJ as he was the agent for both the buyer and seller. During the last week we had a major problem with the new HVAC system.
