Let me tell you what kind of man Peter is. My wife Tina and I were in the market to buy a house in the Westfield area. Peter Davies was highly recommended because he actually finds out history about the house you are trying to buy. So you get more than just a tour of the house. Peter showed us upwards of 13 houses and in the end we decided to leave the State of MA. and not pursue a home in Western Ma. We felt terrible for Peter and all the work he put in, trying to accommodate us over and over again. But Peter never wavered even after we informed him we were moving. Peter wished us luck! Adam called me after he noticed my listing expired on a house I was trying to sell. I met with him and he told me I was his first client. I was hesitant to hire him as I wanted someone with experience. My previous agent didn't do a very good job and I was positive I wanted a realtor with more experience.
