Let me tell you what kind of man Peter is. My wife Tina and I were in the market to buy a house in the Westfield area. Peter Davies was highly recommended because he actually finds out history about the house you are trying to buy. So you get more than just a tour of the house. Peter showed us upwards of 13 houses and in the end we decided to leave the State of MA. and not pursue a home in Western Ma.
