Jaime L'Heureux is an amazing realtor! She got us in to see an off market house even though they were ready to accept an offer, then she convinced them to accept our offer instead even though we had a house sale contingency. She then helped us get our home up for sale and under contract 1 week later! She's been great getting answers for us when we had questions, and she's always there to deal with every little anxiety. I would absolutely recommend her to a friend and would use her again if I ever need another realtor.

We listed on a Saturday, open house on Sunday. Received multiple cash offers. We accepted the highest and David followed through to close the following Tuesday. 9 days from listing to walking out of closing paid in full. Doesn't happen any easier than that. Thanks, David!
