Let me tell you what kind of man Peter is. My wife Tina and I were in the market to buy a house in the Westfield area. Peter Davies was highly recommended because he actually finds out history about the house you are trying to buy. So you get more than just a tour of the house. Peter showed us upwards of 13 houses and in the end we decided to leave the State of MA. and not pursue a home in Western Ma. We felt terrible for Peter and all the work he put in, trying to accommodate us over and over again. But Peter never wavered even after we informed him we were moving. Peter wished us luck!
