Julie was a great agent-- * kept me up to date with a curated list of properties that were coming onto the market that met my criteria, so I didn't waste my time looking at places that I wouldn't want to buy * warned me about issues on properties that I might not have been aware of * crafted several offers for likely houses, and kept a positive outlook when we were outbid * successfully helped me create an offer that was accepted * hung in there during an eventful period before closing *painted a lovely watercolor of my new house!

Lacie helped me get into my first house about 6 months ago. I can't tell you how many houses we looked at together, but I can tell you there were A LOT and in multiple cities too. Lacie never gave up on helping me search and even dedicated her days off to meet me and look at houses. She is very knowledgeable and persistent! I recommend you contact Lacie for your next home search if you want someone who knows what they are talking about and is dedicated to their job.
