I talked to Lisa Palumbo off and on for several years about possibly selling my two-family rental in Northampton, MA. When I finally decided I was ready she was the obvious choice to list it. I decided to sell quite suddenly and she was able to jump in and list the house within a very quick timeframe. I live over two hours away from the property I was selling. Lisa did an amazing job working respectfully with the tenants, giving them very clear and timely notice when she or a contractor needed access to the apartment, helping them look for new living situations, and acting as go-between for me when necessary. Her showings yielded useful information which she shared with me. She worked well with the buyers' realtor and negotiated a very good sale price for me when issues arose with the inspection. Lisa is proactive, tells it like it is, is quick to answer all communication and is really enjoyable to work with. I recommend her highly.
