We had the hardship of selling a house that was about 2 hours away from where we were living and Alice was so helpful and accommodating to us being far away. She was able to help with our staging and find local tradesmen to fix up the property. She was also very adamant about improving the space to increase its value in order to put us in a better position as sellers in the market. Definitely utilize their renovation business if you are able to. The results will not disappoint.

We found Sue after falling out with another realtor and I wish we had her at the very beginning. Her responsiveness was top notch, responded quickly and was in constant communication. Our house search was about a year long. Within that year we stopped our search for 4 months and when we started back up Sue was right there. I can't count the number of private showings we went to. One day she followed us through 4 cities to go see 5 houses. Always available, on time, never pressured us, and after awhile she started to feel like family.
