Muhammad is very knowledgeable in both the buying and selling aspects of real estate transactions. He met with us to discuss how to proceed with the purchase/sale of our condo, always including us in the decisions made. He was available to keep us updated in the process and to answer any questions we had. He is professional, thorough, supportive and just a real nice person to work with. We had already relocated when our condo went on the market, and Muhammad physically was present at the condo when we could not be there. His strategies to protect our interests—both when we bought and when we sold—were successful in achieving our desired conclusions. I recommend him to any buyer or seller. As a first time homebuyer.......the process of buying a house can be overwhelming as you don't know where to start. I feel like we hit the lottery finding Leanne to be our agent as she helped us find our dream home in such a short period of time. Her knowledge of the area (we were all over the place) was helpful as she would be able to tell you all the local hot spots no matter what town you were looking in. Leanne worked at our pace and did not try to push us into doing anything that was not in our original plan. Email, phone or text, Leanne makes herself available and got back to us most of the time in just a few minutes. We will be sad we will not be in contact with her on a daily basis moving forward but can't recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy out in Western Mass.
