The entire process was seamless and stress free. Any questions I had Tonya was able to answer for me and if she wasn't she went and found out for me. Closing was a breeze as well. Lastly Tonya was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking in and knew all the programs and assistance I could receive at closing which allowed me to bring very little money tot he table at closing.
