I feel our experience with both selling and buying our home would have been impossible without Christina in our corner. She has such patience, is knowledgeable and up to date with real estate happenings. Another really rare quality about Chris is she ALWAYS answers her phone whenever we call, she gets answers in a quick, efficient manner and will stay on that phone with you until all of your questions are answered. In todays world it’s so refreshing to do business with an agent who takes your home purchase under such advisement…that you feel like she’s buying it with you! I think it’s pretty clear that I would recommend Christina Smith a million times over, she’s wonderful!

Kaitlyn was wonderful to work with—she is highly knowledgeable about the area and always has candid advice. I don’t generally go out of my way to leave reviews, but Kaityln is worth endorsing. She was really perceptive of our tastes/needs, and did such a great job helping us find our best fit. Then she really went above and beyond to help us with our transition. 10/10 from me.
