Cinnamon was recommended as my selling agent by a family member. I was very pleased with the service I received upon meeting Cinnamon for the 1st time. During the initial meeting to list the home, Cinnamon had already researched comp houses to know what the best listing price for the current market environment would be. This knowledge allowed me to get a contract on the house quickly and for a fair price. If I had any questions throughout the entire selling process, Cinnamon answered them in a timely manner. She explained the entire selling process in a very professional way. Cinnamon made the selling process very stress-free. I had an enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend her as a listing agent.
