Due to an unexpected promotion, my family moved from the Pacific NW to Maryland with two weeks notice. Finding a good real estate agent proved to be a challenge. We were with an agent who was too busy to actually help us and didn't seem to care at all about us. Meeting Tushawan (Diana) at an open house was a stroke of good fortune, as we were able to turn to her very quickly once we released our former agent for poor performance. Due to the competitive market, it took months to find a house. Diana was constantly sending me homes of interest, checking in with me, scheduling days to see houses and making herself available. She handled all of our offers with great tact and created relationships with other agents to try to get the information we needed so our offer would be accepted. She was proactive, did her research on the areas and the homes and put us in the best position possible. We closed on a great home in a nice neighborhood and we got a great price and lots of concessions from the seller and our mortgage company. Diana was instrumental in helping me work with my loan officer, getting the inspections and closing paperwork done and just making sure that we got to closing smoothly. When there were bumps in the road, she kept us calm and addressed any needs efficiently and quickly. She really cared about us and our home search and it showed. This was my 2nd time purchasing a home. If I ever sell or buy again, Diana is the only person with whom I would want to work. She was absolutely wonderful and made a stressful situation so much more bearable.
