Kevin Savercool was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the challenges of buying a home while simultaneously selling one as seamless as possible. Although he was not overly familiar with the area that we were interested in, he clearly did his research and was able to provide fantastic guidance in a highly competitive market in order for us to secure our dream home!
